Delivery

All orders sent within the UK will be sent via UK Post Office Special Delivery and will cost £5.50. 

Jewellery ordered from stock will be sent within 3 days of your cheque clearing. 

Delivery within the UK usually takes 1-3 days from despatch.
Delivery to Europe usually takes 3-5 days from despatch.
Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes 7-10  days from despatch.

Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not delighted with your goods and you have ordered from our stock please return the jewellery (excluding earrings) within 7 days in perfect condition.  Just let us know whether you want to swap for another piece of the same value, a refund in full (excluding postage), or to use the credit towards another piece or used as full or part payment for a commission.

Returns should be posted via Royal Mail special delivery, recorded delivery or another tracking method to Church View, Billingborough, Lincolnshire, NG34 0QG. We are unable to refund postage.

Refunds only apply for jewellery bought from stock via the website; not purchases made in person or pieces which have been made specifically for you, these are non returnable unless faulty.  So please ensure you order your correct ring size! 

For legal & hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

Customs and Import Duties

Customs and import duties do not apply to any delivery within the UK. You will be responsible for any duties which may be applied in your country.

Data collected by this site is used for the completion of orders and information is not disclosed to third-parties unless for delivery purposes.

Statutory Rights

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Service Interruption and Viruses

We make every effort to ensure our website is free of viruses and that access is provided continuously and free of faults.  However we cannot guarantee that this website will be free from interruptions or viruses. We will need to conduct maintenance of the website from time to time but will try to keep disruption to a minimum. We will not be held responsible or liable for any damage to your computer or any of your property as a result of browsing this website.
